Terms

Last updated 12 May 2026

Systema is a beta tool for shaping design systems and tone of voice, built by Pascal Barry. By using it you're agreeing to these terms. Keep it simple, keep it fair.

Beta software

Systema is early. Things can change, break, or move without notice. We'll do our best to keep your work safe, but you should treat generated output as a starting point, not a finished product.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share access. Beta accounts come with a per-account cap on voice generations to keep costs in check — if you need more, just email.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Use Systema to generate content that's unlawful, harmful, or designed to deceive
  • Try to extract API keys, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer it
  • Resell access or run shared accounts

We may revoke access at any time if any of the above shows up.

Your content

Design systems and voice profiles you generate belong to you. We don't use them to train models or share them outside the services Systema needs to run (listed in the Privacy page).

No warranty

Systema is provided as-is during the beta. We can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of generated content, or that the service will stay available in its current form.

Changes

These terms can change as the product matures. The most recent version always lives at this URL — the “Last updated” date at the top tracks revisions.
